Retour \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique avec un large choix de formations!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis le Grenelle de l&rsquo;Education de Macron\/Blanquer, le PPCR : Parcours Professionnel Parcours et R\u00e9mun\u00e9rations a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9 aux fonctionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ce protocole PPCR, relatif \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0modernisation des parcours professionnels, des carri\u00e8res et des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations\u00a0\u00bb qui, non content d\u2019ent\u00e9riner le gel des salaires, instaure les rendez-vous de carri\u00e8re et <strong>l\u2019accompagnement continu<\/strong>. Le d\u00e9cret PPCR* du 5 mai 2017 pr\u00e9voit que<strong> tout personnel \u00ab b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un accompagnement continu dans son parcours professionnel.<\/strong> Individuel ou collectif, cet accompagnement r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une demande des personnels ou \u00e0 une initiative de l&rsquo;administration. \u00bb<br><strong>Cet accompagnement vise \u00e0 transformer les fonctionnaires en \u00ab stagiaires \u00e0 vie \u00bb pour mieux les mettre au pas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce cadre, les contre r\u00e9formes Macron issues du PPCR que sont les \u00e9valuations d&rsquo;\u00e9coles, les constellations et les r\u00e9sidences p\u00e9dagogiques sont impos\u00e9es aux coll\u00e8gues sans aucun cadre r\u00e8glementaire.
