Ce dispositif avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 censur\u00e9 l\u2019an dernier par le Conseil constitutionnel. Ce nouveau revers inflige un s\u00e9rieux d\u00e9saveu au minist\u00e8re et fragilise fortement sa volont\u00e9 de passage en force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Lors du CSAA du 19 mai, la FNEC FP-FO en s\u2019appuyant sur&nbsp;ce vote de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un avis demandant l\u2019abandon des PAS et le r\u00e9abondement des postes dans la carte scolaire. Il n\u2019a malheureusement pas pu \u00eatre mis au vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, de tr\u00e8s nombreux coll\u00e8gues ont sign\u00e9 \u00e0 notre initiative la p\u00e9tition contre les PAS et pour la cr\u00e9ation de postes RASED.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce contexte, nous vous proposons de construire une initiative commune dans le d\u00e9partement pour rassembler les personnels autour de ces revendications.&nbsp;Nous sommes disponibles pour \u00e9changer sur cette question.<\/p>\n<a class=\"synved-social-button
