FO \u00e9tait oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s majoritairement fonctionnel pour le passage \u00e0 la classe exceptionnelle mais a refus\u00e9 de prendre part au vote lors du CSA du 13 juin 2023 car le d\u00e9cret ne pr\u00e9cisait pas les r\u00e8gles qui allaient supplanter le syst\u00e8me des viviers qui \u00e9tait en place les ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au final, il n\u2019y a plus aucun bar\u00e8me qui est pris en compte pour \u00eatre promouvable . Tout repose sur l\u2019avis de l\u2019IEN : \u00ab tr\u00e8s favorable \u00bb, \u00ab favorable \u00bb, \u00ab d\u00e9favorable \u00bb. L&rsquo;arbitraire sans rattrapage possible ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cette ann\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;apparition du CV ! Tous les coll\u00e8gues promouvables ont une semaine pour remplir leur CV sur IPROF pour esp\u00e9rer \u00eatre promus ! Pas de doute sur l&rsquo;instauration de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et de la promotion \u00ab\u00a0au m\u00e9rite\u00a0\u00bb !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout !
