{"id":5173,"date":"2022-06-29T08:19:32","date_gmt":"2022-06-29T06:19:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snudifo37.fr\/?p=5173"},"modified":"2022-06-29T08:19:32","modified_gmt":"2022-06-29T06:19:32","slug":"35-pour-le-point-dindice-les-agents-publics-vont-continuer-de-subir-linflation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snudifo37.fr\/index.php\/2022\/06\/29\/35-pour-le-point-dindice-les-agents-publics-vont-continuer-de-subir-linflation\/","title":{"rendered":"+3,5% pour le point d&rsquo;indice, les agents publics vont continuer de subir l&rsquo;inflation !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">+ 3,5 % pour le point d\u2019indice,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">les agents publics vont continuer de subir l\u2019inflation !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>25 % de perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat !<\/li><li>8 % de perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat entre juin 2017 et juin 2022, depuis l\u2019\u00e9lection du pr\u00e9sident Macron !<\/li><li>5,2 % d\u2019inflation en ann\u00e9e glissante de mai 2021 \u00e0 mai 2022 !<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La proposition du Gouvernement et du ministre Stanislas Guerini est donc de 3,5 %, largement en de\u00e7\u00e0 des attentes et des besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les mesures annexes, qui concernent principalement la fonction publique de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">l\u2019Etat, continuent de cr\u00e9er des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les trois versants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pire, pour certains, comme la garantie individuelle du pouvoir d\u2019achat (GIPA), c\u2019est la d\u00e9monstration que la revalorisation de 3,5 % du point d\u2019indice est d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 insuffisante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FO Fonction publique a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 au ministre de s\u2019assurer que tous les agents contractuels (plus d\u2019un million) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de la m\u00eame revalorisation que les fonctionnaires. Nous avons obtenu satisfaction sur ce point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour FO Fonction publique, le compte n\u2019y est pas !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ministre annonce une clause de revoyure \u00e0 l\u2019automne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ce stade, FO Fonction publique va informer les personnels des nouvelles mesures et invite toutes ses structures \u00e0 se r\u00e9unir pour mettre en d\u00e9bat ces proposition et les suites \u00e0 donner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fait
