compl\u00e9mentaire des agents publics en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 qui ont abouti \u00e0 un accord majoritaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concernant la pr\u00e9voyance, la FGF-FO ne peut que regretter la volont\u00e9 du gouvernement de proposer \u00e0 la signature un accord de m\u00e9thode flou et incomplet qui suscite plus d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude et d&rsquo;interrogations pour l&rsquo;avenir que s\u00e9curiser de futures n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi la FGF-FO, r\u00e9unie ce jour en bureau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, ne signera pas cet accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En parall\u00e8le, la FGF-FO, premi\u00e8re organisation syndicale de la fonction publique de l&rsquo;Etat, constate que la ministre peut s&rsquo;engager sur la future pr\u00e9voyance applicable seulement en 2024 mais refuse d&rsquo;ouvrir des n\u00e9gociations salariales pour augmenter imm\u00e9diatement les salaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A six jours du premier tour des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles, FO ne se fera pas instrumentaliser par une signature pouvant \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 nos valeurs d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance, nous ne donnerons aucune consigne de vote, ni directement, ni indirectement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En revanche, nous participerons activement aux prochaines n\u00e9gociations sur la pr\u00e9voyance et continuons d&rsquo;exiger une
