Pour cette derni\u00e8re tranche, s\u2019ajoute au montant d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 \u20ac net annuel de part fixe ;<\/li><li>200, 360 ou 600 \u20ac net annuel de part modulable :<ul><li>25 % des coll\u00e8ges et \u00e9coles d\u2019une acad\u00e9mie (les moins \u00ab m\u00e9ritants \u00bb) verraient leur indemnit\u00e9 augmenter de 200 \u20ac net annuel ;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Pour 50 % (les un peu moins \u00ab m\u00e9ritants \u00bb) : 360 \u20ac net annuel de plus ;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Pour 25 % (les plus \u00ab m\u00e9ritants \u00bb) : 600 \u20ac net annuel de plus.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette proposition qui sera \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude du comit\u00e9 technique minist\u00e9riel du 17 juin ne pr\u00e9voit pas d\u2019\u00e9largir le champ des personnels qui sont pour le moment exclus du versement de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 REP+ (AESH, AED, assistants sociaux\u2026), ce qui est scandaleux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune revalorisation n\u2019est envisag\u00e9e pour les REP, dont l\u2019avenir est bien incertain avec la mise en place des \u00ab <em>contrats locaux d\u2019accompagnement<\/em> \u00bb port\u00e9 par le secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat \u00e0 l\u2019Education prioritaire. Rien n\u2019est envisag\u00e9 non plus pour int\u00e9grer de nouveaux \u00e9tablissements en Education prioritaire, donc : rien pour les lyc\u00e9es anciennement labellis\u00e9s \u00ab ECLAIR \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le paiement de la part variable serait effectu\u00e9 en \u00ab tout ou rien \u00bb (au prorata du service en cas de service partag\u00e9 ou remplacement) : le montant de la part variable serait le m\u00eame pour tous dans un m\u00eame coll\u00e8ge ou une m\u00eame \u00e9cole. C\u2019est d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re la logique de la \u00ab punition collective \u00bb. Le risque de cibler les responsables et d\u2019opposer les personnels entre eux est grand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ce d\u2019autant plus quand on observe les crit\u00e8res d\u2019attribution de la part variable\u2026 Un grand absent : l\u2019instruction. Aucune r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux apprentissages, ce qui n\u2019est visiblement pas la priorit\u00e9 en REP + pour le minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un grand nombre de crit\u00e8res impliquent que \u00ab<em> l\u2019\u00c9cole est son propre recours<\/em> \u00bb : quelles mesures sont prises pour r\u00e9duire les violences et incivilit\u00e9s ? Comment assurer la \u00ab <em>continuit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique<\/em> \u00bb ? La FNEC FP-FO a demand\u00e9 aux repr\u00e9sentants du ministre si les coll\u00e8gues qui se mobilisent contre le manque de personnels pour r\u00e9aliser ces objectifs, pour exiger de la direction acad\u00e9mique que les remplacements soient assur\u00e9s\u2026 toucheront la prime la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e ? Nous n\u2019avons pas eu de r\u00e9ponse\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres crit\u00e8res invitent clairement \u00e0 \u00ab d\u00e9passer \u00bb le cadre r\u00e9glementaire et les obligations de service : organisations de r\u00e9unions et rencontres r\u00e9guli\u00e8res avec les familles, plan de formation sp\u00e9cifique, coop\u00e9ration avec les \u00e9lus et association\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas anodin que cette annonce survienne dans la continuit\u00e9 des annonces du ministre sur son \u00ab Grenelle \u00bb : pilotage par l\u2019\u00e9valuation et \u00ab management de proximit\u00e9 \u00bb avec de nouveaux \u00ab petits chefs \u00bb (directeur quasi-sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique, enseignants-inspecteurs en service partag\u00e9, RH de proximit\u00e9\u2026), \u00e9valuation d\u2019\u00e9tablissements, renforcement de \u00ab l\u2019accompagnement PPCR \u00bb \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FNEC FP-FO a rappel\u00e9 son opposition au principe des parts variables, processus d\u2019individualisation des carri\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019image du priv\u00e9, et a demand\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales, en commen\u00e7ant par pallier les injustices actuelles concernant les personnels exclus (AESH, AED, assistants sociaux notamment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
