Au-del\u00e0 de la p\u00e9riode de crise sanitaire durant laquelle les personnels de Vie scolaire sont en premi\u00e8re ligne et depuis plus d\u2019un an voient leurs conditions de travail se d\u00e9grader, les services de Vie scolaire sont largement sous-dot\u00e9s et les conditions d\u2019exercice des personnels AED sont inacceptables : des contrats d\u2019un an renouvelable dans une limite de 6 ans, temps partiels parfois impos\u00e9s, salaires largement insuffisants, temps de formation insuffisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant le ministre refuse de r\u00e9pondre aux revendications l\u00e9gitimes des AED mobilis\u00e9s : diminution du temps de travail, recrutement massif de postes suppl\u00e9mentaires, augmentation du temps de formation, augmentation de salaire, versement des primes REP et REP+ et de vraies perspectives d\u2019avenir, ce qui passe dans un premier temps par l\u2019arr\u00eat des menaces de licenciements et des licenciements tout court\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour toutes ces raisons, les collectifs AED appellent \u00e0 une nouvelle semaine d\u2019action et de gr\u00e8ve le 17 mai 2021 et \u00e0 une manifestation nationale \u00e0 Paris le 20 mai, un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les organisations syndicales CGT \u00c9duc\u2019action, SNES-FSU, SNUEP-FSU, SNALC, FNEC FP-FO, SUD-\u00c9ducation soutiennent la semaine d\u2019action et de gr\u00e8ve du 17 mai 2021 des personnels AED.
