Dans la version adopt\u00e9e par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e nationale, le s\u00e9nat souhaite maintenir la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de comp\u00e9tences des autorit\u00e9s acad\u00e9miques pour les directrice\u00b7teurs (qui seraient donc amen\u00e9\u00b7es \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions rel\u00e8vant des inspectrice\u00b7teurs de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale). Le s\u00e9nat souhaite \u00e9galement retirer la phrase pr\u00e9cisant l\u2019absence de lien hi\u00e9rarchique alors que la majorit\u00e9 de la profession refuse cette autorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, depuis des ann\u00e9es, nos coll\u00e8gues expriment leur rejet d\u2019un statut pour les directrices et directeurs et l\u2019ont massivement rappel\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2019 lors de la grande consultation minist\u00e9rielle sur la direction d\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00c9cole a bien d\u2019autres sujets br\u00fblants et urgents en ce moment. Les s\u00e9nateur\u00b7trices seraient bien inspir\u00e9\u00b7es de rejeter la proposition de loi Rilhac dont nos organisations syndicales demandent l\u2019abandon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ministre doit arr\u00eater de surcharger les directeurs de t\u00e2ches qui ne rel\u00e8vent pas de leurs missions, cesser les ordres et les contrordres permanents notamment dans le cadre de la crise sanitaire et de r\u00e9pondre enfin \u00e0 leurs revendications et celles des personnels :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une aide administrative statutaire dans chaque \u00e9cole ;<\/li><li>Un r\u00e9el all\u00e8gement des t\u00e2ches administratives ;<\/li><li>Une am\u00e9lioration des quotit\u00e9s de toutes les d\u00e9charges de direction afin que chaque \u00e9cole b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une d\u00e9charge hebdomadaire ;<\/li><li>Une r\u00e9elle augmentation indiciaire bien sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la \u00ab revalorisation \u00bb indemnitaire de 37,50\u20ac brut par mois que le ministre vient d\u2019accorder aux directrice\u00b7teurs!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a
