{"id":2872,"date":"2020-11-21T13:57:19","date_gmt":"2020-11-21T12:57:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snudifo37.fr\/?p=2872"},"modified":"2020-11-21T13:57:19","modified_gmt":"2020-11-21T12:57:19","slug":"formation-en-constellations-le-snudi-fo-relance-le-snuipp-fsu-37-pour-une-action-commune","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snudifo37.fr\/index.php\/2020\/11\/21\/formation-en-constellations-le-snudi-fo-relance-le-snuipp-fsu-37-pour-une-action-commune\/","title":{"rendered":"Formation en constellations : le Snudi FO relance le SNUipp-FSU 37 pour une action commune"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avis commun FO, FSU, SE UNSA au CHSCT-Acad\u00e9mique pour la suspension de la formation par constellations, le SNUDI-FO relance le SNUipp-FSU 37 pour une action commune !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, depuis septembre, des propositions d\u2019avis lors des CHSCT-Acad\u00e9mique et d\u00e9partemental qui n\u2019avaient pas abouti, nous y sommes enfin parvenus lors du dernier CHSCT-A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certes, la FSU a voulu retirer la demande du \u00ab\u00a0<em>retour \u00e0 un libre choix de la formation continue sur temps de travail et des animations p\u00e9dagogiques<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Mais, dans un souci d&rsquo;unit\u00e9, nous avons accept\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avis adopt\u00e9 FO, FSU, SE UNSA :<\/strong> <em>Le CHSCT-A consid\u00e9rant l&rsquo;impact sur les conditions de travail des enseignants de la mise en place de la r\u00e9forme de la formation qui impose un suivi par constellations demande la suspension de ce dispositif.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous allons de nouveau proposer l\u2019action commune aux responsables du SNUipp-Fsu 37 (et aussi \u00e0 ceux du SE UNSA) afin de faire reculer l&rsquo;IA-DASEN qui veut, co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte et quoi qu\u2019il en co\u00fbte, maintenir les formations par constellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A noter : Dans le cadre de son Grenelle, le Ministre pr\u00e9voit la mise en place de l\u2019accompagnement obligatoire de tous les coll\u00e8gues pr\u00e9vu par PPCR dont les pr\u00e9mices sont les formations en constellations o\u00f9 le ministre tente de contraindre les personnels \u00e0 se visiter en classe, et \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9valuer les uns les autres et se soumettre \u00e0 un suivi r\u00e9gulier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut les arr\u00eater ! <a href=\"https:\/\/framaforms.org\/les-formations-par-constellations-cest-non-1599901189\" target=\"_blank\"
