r\u00e9unis mercredi 11 mars&nbsp; \u00e0 l\u2019initiative du SNUDI-FORCE OUVRIERE, vous alertent :&nbsp;<br><br>Suite au CTSD de mardi 11 mars,&nbsp;<strong>nous apprenons que l\u2019Inspecteur d\u2019Acad\u00e9mie&nbsp;envisagerait de fusionner les missions des ZIL et des BD&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pour nous ZIL et BD<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>une aggravation des conditions de travail<\/strong>&nbsp;(d\u00e9placements plus importants pour les ZIL, remise en cause de l\u2019affectation BD Formation continue et BD cong\u00e9s longs, \u2026)&nbsp;<strong>voire une d\u00e9gradation des conditions de paiement de l\u2019ISSR<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pour tous les enseignants et pour les parents<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>une aggravation des probl\u00e8mes de remplacement, la menace de la disparition des remplacements courts<\/strong>&nbsp;(cong\u00e9s maladie de quelques jours, autorisations d\u2019absence, \u00e9quipes \u00e9ducatives et ESS, \u2026)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous d\u00e9cidons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>De publier la&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/framaforms.org\/snudi-fo-37-petition-pour-le-maintien-des-postes-de-zil-et-de-bd-1583933208\">PETITION<\/a> ici (ou en pi\u00e8ce jointe plus bas) que nous vous invitons \u00e0 signer et faire signer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>De la&nbsp;<strong>transmettre \u00e0 toutes les organisations syndicales afin qu\u2019elles la fassent conna\u00eetre<\/strong>&nbsp;; de demander \u00e0 tous les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel de s\u2019opposer \u00e0 cette mesure dans les instances (CTSD, CAPD menac\u00e9es de disparition, CHSCT D, \u2026)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>D\u2019appeler \u00e0 un&nbsp;<strong>RASSEMBLEMENT le jour du CDEN (date \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser) devant la Pr\u00e9fecture \u00e0 Tours<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consid\u00e9rant que les op\u00e9rations de carte scolaire impactent toutes les \u00e9coles, tous les coll\u00e8gues (exemple : fermeture des postes PARE, manque de postes RASED, \u2026) et que la volont\u00e9 de \u00ab fusionner \u00bb ZIL et BD est une des mesures touchant le mouvement 2020, nous appelons tous les coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 participer \u00e0 ce rassemblement et \u00e0 le pr\u00e9parer activement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size has-vivid-red-color\"><strong><a
